Thank you for shopping with Anucriti. Please read our shipping policy carefully. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Processing, shipping, or delivery of orders on weekends or public holidays may vary.
  • During peak seasons (festivals, holidays, sales), processing may take longer.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe delivery.

  • Domestic Shipping (within India): 5–10 business days after dispatch.
  • International Shipping (if applicable): 10–20 business days after dispatch.
  • Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for courier delays, customs delays, or other unforeseen issues.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight/volume.
  • Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain value (if mentioned on our site).
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, including returns, cancellations, or failed deliveries.

4. Address & Delivery Responsibility

  • Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
  • We are not responsible for delays, loss, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect/incomplete addresses or unavailability at the delivery location.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or redirected.

5. Order Tracking

  • Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS once the order is dispatched.
  • Updates may take up to 24–48 hours to reflect on the courier’s system.

6. Delayed or Failed Delivery

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, refusal to accept, or recipient unavailability, the package may return to us. Customers will need to pay re-shipping charges to receive the order again.
  • If a package is returned and the customer does not wish to pay for reshipping, only the product cost (excluding shipping fees) may be refunded at our discretion.

7. International Shipping (If Applicable)

  • Customs duties, taxes, and other charges are solely the customer’s responsibility.
  • We are not responsible for customs-related delays or confiscations.

8. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and product.
  • Lost packages will be verified with the courier. A replacement or refund will be issued only if the courier confirms loss.
  • We are not responsible for stolen packages marked as ‘Delivered’ by the courier. Customers must take responsibility for delivery once marked delivered.

9. Non-Cancellable & Non-Returnable Once Shipped

  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded, except in cases of confirmed courier loss or damage reported within 48 hours.
  • Boutique/fashion items are made and packed with care—we do not accept returns or exchanges due to size, fit, or change of mind.

10. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this shipping policy at any time. Updates will be posted here with a new effective date.
