Welcome to Anucriti ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or purchasing from our Shopify store, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our website.

1. General Conditions

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Products & Orders

  • All products are handmade/curated fashion items. Slight variations in colour, fabric, or design may occur due to photography or screen resolution differences.
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please review your cart carefully before confirming payment.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities per order and discontinue products at any time.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices listed are final and non-negotiable. Taxes and shipping (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.
  • Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. We do not accept cash-on-delivery unless explicitly stated.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We strive to dispatch orders within the estimated time frame mentioned on the product page. However, delivery times may vary due to external factors (logistics delays, strikes, festivals, etc.).
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Once the order has been shipped, the responsibility for the product passes to the courier company. We are not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused in transit.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of boutique/fashion items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of:
    • Wrong product delivered.
  • To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof and photographs.
  • If approved, refunds will be issued as store credit or replacement, at our sole discretion.
  • Size issues, color differences due to screen resolution, or the buyer’s change of mind are not valid reasons for return or refund.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this site—including product images, designs, and text—is the exclusive property of Anucriti.
  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our store or products.
  • Our liability is strictly limited to the amount you paid for the purchased product.

  • By using our website, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
  • Your personal information is used solely for processing orders, communication, and customer service.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in West Bengal.
